Purposes and characteristics:
Laminated glass is made of two or more pieces of glass panes, which are collided with high temperature and high pressure. Laminated glass processing line is necessry equipment for construction glass, decoration glass. Wind-screening glass and bulletproof glass. This line includes different equipment such as washing machine, PVB unfolding machine, laminating positioning and transmission machine, movable scissor sucking hanger, prelaminating and pressing section and autoclave. There are two kinds of heaters: Ordinary quartz heater and IR heater. The whole line is PLC controlled with high eggiciency, safety, reliability, and easy operation.
Features:
1. Control system: There are two control modes. One is centralized control by industrial computer assisted in PLC and monitor display/operation. The other uses touch screen. Both two are featured scientific design, good appearance, convenient operation and good components. Export product conforms to CE approval. Inverter controls the smooth junction between the flowing function sections and ensures running as set program.
2. Loading and unloading machine: As options fore/end stand of the line. Loading machine and unloading table with rotation are convenient to handle jumbo size glass. The glass can be positioned with safety in the loading and unloading machine which can work well with the Line.
3. Glass washing & Drying Machine: Equipped with automatic thickness setting and detector device, available for coated glass and low-e. Washine has good washing and drying condition without trace and points, available for glass of 2-25mm, The top frame can be lift by 450mm for convenient maintenance.
4. Laminating machine (in cleaning room): There are semiautomatic mode and full-automatic mode. Semi-automatic mode is controlled manually. Including charging table, manual suction ganger and assembling table.
