1. Control system: All function buttons are separated and clear on the panel. PLC is also auailable. Conveyor system adopts frequency variation regulation. Thickness is adjustable and digit-displayed. The whole machine has scientific design, good appearance and convenient operation. Control component comes from noted top brand. 2. Loading section: One set of water plate is pue on the Loading section to wash the conveying roller. High presser spraying device is also equipped.
3. Washing and Drying section: Top frame supported by high strength screwcan be elevated by 400mm as a whole for convenient cleaning and maintaining. Brush rollers with separate motors work steady with less noise.
4. Drying section: The blower equipped with muffle cotton and air feeding jilter screen pack for less noise and better drying conditions. The filter screen pack is easy to remove for cleaning.
5. Conveyor device: There are angular gear device and Helicon gear device to be alternative.
6. Water circulation system: Stainless steel material, quick coupling for drawing water tank out toclean. Optional part: Water-heating system.
